At the Executive Board meeting of the SBCTC, Jim Kellogg was elected as Vice-President of the Executive Board.
Currently, Mr. Kellogg is the International Representative for California and Hawaii with the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada (UA). He was first elected to full time office with the UA as a member of the Steamfitters Local 342 in 1976. He also serves on the California Fish and Game Commission, appointed by Governor Davis.
Previously he served on the California Transportation Commission, the Commission on Building for the 21st Century and the California State Work Force Investment Board.
